These Terms of Service explain how we work together and what you can expect when you hire us. By approving a quote, invoice, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Neon Studio provides custom signage services, which may include design, fabrication, shipping, permitting support, and installation.

All work is based on the agreed project scope outlined in your quote or invoice. Any work outside that scope may require a revised quote.

2. Payments

• All signs are custom-made and require payment to move forward.

• A 50% deposit is required before production begins.

• The remaining balance is due once production is complete and before shipment.

• For projects over $1,000, split payments may be offered at our discretion.

• Finished signs will not be shipped or installed until full payment is received.

3. Design Approval & Responsibility

• Clients must approve all final designs and proofs before production.

• Once approved, you are confirming spelling, sizing, colors, layout, and placement.

• Any errors approved in the final proof are the client’s responsibility.

• Changes requested after production has started may result in additional costs and timeline changes.

4. Production Timelines

• All signs are custom-built, and timelines vary based on design complexity, materials, and order volume.

• Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided as guidance, not guarantees.

• Delays may occur due to revisions, supplier issues, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

5. Shipping & Damage

We package all signs carefully, but shipping carriers are outside our control.

• Please inspect your sign upon delivery.

• Any damage or defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos.

• If approved, we’ll repair or remake the affected portion of the sign.

• Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement.

6. Warranty

All signs include a 5-year manufacturing warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation or third-party installation errors

• Electrical issues caused by incorrect wiring or power supply

• Environmental damage (weather, vandalism, accidents)

• Modifications made after delivery

If an issue arises, we’ll assess and determine the best resolution, which may include repair or replacement.

7. Installation & Site Conditions

• Installation instructions are provided with all signs.

• Neon Studio is not responsible for installation performed by third parties.

• If we provide installation services, we are not responsible for:

  • Hidden structural issues in walls, ceilings, or mounting surfaces

  • Electrical connections outside the agreed scope

  • Existing site conditions that prevent safe installation

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Accurate site measurements

• Clear access to the installation area

• Adequate power supply

• Approval from landlords, building management, or malls

8. Permits & Compliance

• Some signage requires city permits, landlord approval, or mall approval.

• Unless explicitly stated in your quote, permit approval is not guaranteed.

• We can assist with permitting where requested, but approval timelines and outcomes are controlled by local authorities.

• Delays or rejections related to permitting do not qualify for refunds of the permit fee.

9. Order Cancellations & Refunds

• Custom signs are non-refundable once production begins.

• Production typically begins the next business day after deposit payment.

• If an order is cancelled before production starts, we may refund the deposit minus any costs already incurred (design time, materials, sourcing).

• Completed signs cannot be refunded.

10. Color & Material Variations

• Slight color or material variations may occur due to screen differences, lighting, or material batches.

• Digital mockups are for reference only.

• If exact color matching is critical, physical samples must be approved before production.

11. Ownership, Use & Photography

• Neon Studio retains ownership of original designs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive the right to use the final sign for their business.

• We may photograph completed projects and use images for our portfolio, website, and marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

12. Maintenance & Care

• Signs require basic care and proper use to maintain longevity.

• Electrical components should only be serviced by qualified professionals.

• Damage caused by improper care or maintenance is not covered under warranty.

13. Limitation of Liability

• Neon Studio is not responsible for lost revenue, business interruption, or indirect damages.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the sign itself.

• We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, shipping carriers, permitting authorities, or events outside our control.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or government restrictions.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Neon Studio operates.
